Returns & Refunds

 

We only accept returns in the following case:

-Damaged Product: If your wall canvas arrives physically damaged.

-Print Issues: If there are clear, visible defects in the print quality.

 

To be eligible for a return and refund:

1.You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2.Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or print issue.

3.Our team will review the issue. If found to be genuine, we will initiate the refund.

 

Refund Timeline

 

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

 

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

-Change of mind or personal preferences

-Incorrect size or design selection by the customer

-Minor colour variations due to screen differences
